I have purchased many items from this store when it was Game Traders and now to ETC Video. Ed has been wonderful to us for many years and never once have I been ripped off. I have always gotten amazing prices and he still remembers who is loyal customers are even if he hasnt seen us in years. If I need something returned he will do it, wanna play it before you buy, he will do it! I highly advise if you are looking for a game store that sells the new and old to go here! -Turzais

Like others have mentioned, the staff here is incredibley helpful and knowledgeable. Ed always goes the extra mile to offer fair prices for trade-ins, as well as great conversation. If youre a gamer, ETC carries it all (games from any console generation, consoles, handhelds, game guides, and more). They also have a large used DVD inventory; all of which is priced very fairly. I cannot recommend ETC enough; do yourself a favor and check this place out.

ive been a customer for two years and have not once been dissatisfied with my visits. The trade in for cash is reasonable the trade in for credits is basicly a new game on your way out and they have a huge selection for every game system except the newer one because there isnt many games out yet. the guy i talk to everytime i go there is a tekken genius and has enough broken controllers to prove it lol.

Theres no reason to go to GameStop because Game Traders Clubs prices are always cheaper, you get more for trading in, and you can rent games with the option of putting your money towards the purchase if you decide you want to buy it. They also host regular game tournaments.

This is a great place with a great staff Ive been to this place numerous times and was always satisfied with the prices but I believe you should gat at least a 80% cash back but thats just my opinion anyway this is truly a place to buy your games then a game stop

My wife and I were looking for a used Nintendo Wii system. The employees in the store were patient and knowledgeable. We were able to find everything we needed at their store and a whole lot more.
