Manager Brian is a loser. Too cocky, nerd, bad businessman, clearly doesnt know as much as he thinks but not man enough to admit it in front of paying customers, and apparently too naive to realize that EVERYONE NOTICES. Little man complex doesnt do much good in retail. Disrespectful, unfriendly, and conversation seemed forced and awkward. Couldnt get any questions answered b/c employees were busy amongst themselves and not in tune with top-notch customer service. Was a regular customer at Waugh Chapel for 10+ years, but now will gladly drive to Bowie/Annapolis to not have to deal with those clowns, especially management. What a joke!

Mostly good Gamestop. Would be an "Excellent" rating across the board, but I got there 30 minutes before close one night and the employees had locked the doors. They werent cleaning up shop or anything, they were just playing games. When I called they said they had "closed early because it was slow." From my understanding this practice is not allowed at Gamestop, and it was just a case of lazy employees abusing the fact that there was no real manager around. Other than that one experience it has always been a cool Gamestop, although they seem a bit understaffed during their busiest hours.

Went just yesterday and the guy there tried so hard to get my girlfriend an idea to pre order all these games when all we wanted was to buy three and leave. Not only did he pressure us but told me I was "wasting my money" on a game simply because I wanted to use a 50 dollar reward for the game. Even after my mentioning that I was fine he proceeded to badger me more about pre orders and how I was wasting my money...

I am a regular customer at this GameStop and almost all the employees know my face. I always get great service, I get all my questions answered and the employees and I tend to have long friendly conversation while they assist me in whatever it is that I need help with. It has a nice atmosphere to it and makes me want to continue to come back for all of my video gaming needs.

So far Ive met 3 Rep/Sales person and all of them are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, ice-breakers. Theyve never made me feel like they had to deal with one more customer.

Loved it, and at the person who rated it one star because of Manager Brian, hes half the reason I go there. Conversation isnt forced, hes very respectful, and extremely kind.
