I had made my preorder purchase on 1/24/10 for Mass Effect 2 for the XBOX 360. I was advised and assured repeatedly that this location would be doing a midnight launch on 1/25/10. When I arrived at the store, it was deserted with nobody present except for several other grossly misinformed gamestop customers who had been told the same thing. The other local stores were unable to honor the purchase and advised me that I would have to purchase the game again & get my refund later which is completely unacceptable since it is not my fault that the store represntative misinformed myself and other customers. Instead I will be returning in the morning to get my refund (along with other customers present) so that we may buy the game and take our business to one of GameStops many competitors.

Never place a pre-order here. They have a habit of either not getting the item in, or selling your pre-order out from under you. I had to go to 3 stores before finally getting my game after my pre-order was not available.
