Awesome!! This store has it all when it comes to customer service, selection, and price!! The employees are very knowledgeable & helpful and go out of their way to help you. They were willing to make me a good deal for my over 50 “OLD” games (PS1, PS2, XBOX, XBOX 360) that a competitive company wouldn’t even look at. Not to mention, they offer a 10% military discount in support of our troops. I was surprised to find out that Just Press Play has been in business since 2008 and had never heard of them. I’m so glad I found them when they opened their York store. My kids were so awed at the retro systems too. Retro & current gamers, this is your store!! Spread the word!!

Went there for my first time yesterday. I kept seeing the commercials on tv and I knew I had to go there. When I went to Just Press Play, I was greatly impressed with not only the store but the employees in the store. They are very friendly people and enjoy doing what they do. For the actual games, I perused everything they sold. Compared to Gamestop, the prices were very fair and I was impressed with them. My friend traded in Mario Party 5 and got a very fair trade in deal on it, I was (again) impressed! I have always wanted a store like this in York and Just Press Play answers the call. Awesome! I never knew this place existed until I drove by queens gate recently. Picked up a game there today and the place is well organized and clean. Nice selection of retro systems and games as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ive been dealing with the GameStop mega-corporation and monopoly since Ive been gaming for 15 years. This is a refreshing change!

I used to go to Lancaster frequently to the other stores looking for NES games for my collection. I absolutely love this store great prices and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. I am glad that there is now a store in York, this is my personal favorite game store around and I will be going there for all of my gaming needs.

Totally loved the store & the helpful staff! I had a rare copy of Tales of Destiny 2 & they were willing 2 give me credit 4 it even tho it was loose! Also enjoyed sharing opinions about the Tales series with the staff & having a pleasant shopping experience. Forget GameStop, this is the place u need 2 be!

Love them! Called early to hold a used copy of Resident Evil. They held it, didnt offer me any extra junk, and honored my discount I had in my wallet (from at least 2 years ago). Picked up the game for 38.94, total (brand new its over 60). Great service too, the entire transaction took maybe 3 minutes :)

These days I rarely have time for games, but the experience and pricing will keep me coming back in the future for my gaming needs, I suggest you do the same. Nice staff whom even gave me the best deal on a new PS4 and the best trade in rate by $8 over gamestop. Great local business to shop at.

This place is awesome. Cheaper prices than the evil empire (also known as GameStop) and I got a great deal on a trade in of a GameCube game. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and also this place sells some great retro games too. Will come back and give these people more business.

I saw some guys trading in some games, and who I assume is the manager treated them disrespectfully. I was there from the time they came in to the time they left, and they did not do anything wrong. All they wanted was to trade in some games. Im definitely disappointed.

I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW AMAZING THIS PLACE IS! As soon as I walked in the door it was like a flashback to my childhood. Just Press Play has everything a retro(or modern) gamer could ever want. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Believe me I WILL be back!!!

Gives 220% more then game stop. Yes I said 220% not exaggerating at all. Just being very honest. Gamestop offered me 1.50 for 9 games. Took to this place and went home with 22.50 cash.
