This place has become my go-to for computer repairs and advice for computer purchases. Right across the street from me, they continue to provide excellent service with advanced knowledge about the operation of my personal computers. With the need for our construction business to use CAD software, they built a desktop to the standards required, and guided me into purchasing a backup workstation laptop that performs adequately for these programs. They are very sincere, and have become some of my closest friends. I am thankful for their hard work in satisfying my needs. I highly recommend them.

What a fantastic customer service experience I had today at PCXpert. I brought my cell phone in for some troubleshooting. The technician immediately began his diagnosis as soon as I gave him the phone. After only a few minutes he delivered his verdict. Unfortunately, the phone is dead. However, at least I know what the issue is now. Countless other businesses could learn a thing or two about rendering excellent service like the service I received today from PCXpert. I would highly recommend these fellas for any cell phone/computer repair needs you may have.

I called every place in York, and not one of the (so called) professionals, even answered their own phone, even after several attempts. I called PCXperts, and they answered my call immediately, took my call seriously, ascertained the problem, gave me a price, and I took my phone straight their, because I knew I was dealing with professionals. The price the gave was accurate, turnaround was expedient, perfection from beginning to end. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE ELSE. (TRUST ME)

I drove past the shops many times and finally went in after having lousy customer service at another place. I love these guys! I have had a few laptops with different types of problems worked on and even bought a new one from them when it was time and am very happy. I intend to have them help me with my business next. Great customer service, prompt, reasonable fees, great communication from all the gentlemen Ive worked with. Highly recommend.

Great service and honest friendly staff! I took my really old broken hardrive in to see if the data could be pulled off of it. (Also prior I had 2 other people try to with no success.) Unfortunately, they could not as well, but they didnt charge me dime and told me why its pretty much fried. They were nothing but courteous and were quick about it. Definitely, going these guys for any my future computer needs!

Every time I enter this place, I never leave disappointed. Professional, always willing to listen, ask questions, and analyze your situation. We personally have had our laptops serviced here and have even bought 2 laptops ( 1 used and 1 new). Both were top notch and we would do it again. It was so nice to have PCXpert put my computer together with my specifications of what I wanted and then transfer my data/programs from my old computer. It would have been a monumental task for me to figure out how to transfer all that information. Having tech support for a year certainly relieves the anxiety of upgrading to unfamiliar software.

Will address and fix your problem on the spot if possible and if not getting your computer back to you quickly is important to them. Ive had a couple of issues that were considered simple fixes and was not charged. I never hesitate going there when help is needed.

PCXpert is a great business. When I went there I needed to get my cell phone repaired. They were able to replace the power button on my galaxy s3 quickly and timely. Their prices were reasonable also. I will definitely stop in again if I have tech issues.
