The absolute worse experience in ordering appliances for my son. Lets start by telling you I originally order the appliances online and since their service did not work I called. The women was very nice that I spoke to on the 17th of January and stated that all the kitchen appliances would be delivered on the 30th of January. Well I called the night before to get the time and automation told me 7:30 to 10:30 so I had my son there to await his new appliances. Well you can guess where this is going as nothing showed up. So I called and they stated that all the appliances are to be delivered on the 1st of February and the refrigerator would arrive on the 13th of February. So after complaining a bit and getting small credit they assured me that I would see a delivery on the 1st of February with installation. Well guess what no one shows and when I called they said I am not sure who told you that as we did not receive your products in on Saturday as they have not been delivered by the vendor. So after talking to over 7 people throughout corporate and the store they finally told me for some reason they are unable to give me any dates and to go into the store to fix this. As I was on the phone I received a text for the 17th for delivery and then the 19th at which time I went a bit out of my mind and decided to go to the store. So on February 2nd I go into the store and they advise that I would have never received the Refrigerator as that model was discontinued and all other appliances were special order. Well I will say I did not buy the top of the line it was mid-line but you would think someone would have called to let me know this. So the store advised that they had to delete the whole order and start over. Now leaving there after ordering a set of all Samsung appliances thinking that I finally would get the new appliances they set up for Feb 13th. Well guess what they did not look at my original order to see I picked a refrigerator that would fit in the house and they place the order for a larger one. So on the day of delivery the OTC Microwave could make it in the house but the refrigerator had to be reordered. So I immediately called and Travis helped in returning the one and ordering another one and set another delivery date of for that. Later that same day we were to get the dishwasher as well as the stove, which was delayed due to a truck breaking down. Now that we are in February and awaiting any appliances since January I did go off a bit. They said okay we will be out by 6pm. Well as you can guess they never arrived so of course I called yet again to find out the installer was not aware he needed to be out that night. But it was not his fault so I was accepting of that and he said he is approved to work on that Sunday which was Feb 14th. Well he arrives and after installing the dishwasher found it to be defective and the stove was all scratched up so I in turn called yet again to speak with the person at Best Buy to get this corrected and he said okay I will return those and order two new ones to be delivered on the 17th. And also confirmed that the refrigerator will be delivered on the 16th. Well on the night of the 15th I received a call from Best Buy about the delivery time and it seemed odd that they mentioned my billing address so I called to speak with someone and they informed me that they picked the wrong address to be delivered to so in turn I was not going to get my refrigerator on the 16th. After I had my order escalated due to all the issues they said they will change it to the correct address and have someone contact me back. At this point I advised maybe you should let someone else wait as I have been waiting for appliances since January and now a whole month. Needless to say they did not contact me so I had to contact them 4 more times to find out they are doing their best with 7 in stock to get it to me by Saturday the 20th. As for the delivery today with the replacement stove and dishwasher yes you figured it out that it arrived at the wrong house. So not happy good luck to others.

we bought 1500 of computer equipment & two monitors, my son works for a cloud company. He was about to get really small monitors, and the guys that were helping us, discussed how they were so excited about getting the 27inch ASUS monitor for themselves, when they got their next paychecks. I talked my son into this idea, and he absolutely loves the big beautiful monitors he got. I thought the enthusiasm and expertise and helpfulness of these young men was above average for sure, and I have actually run several companies in my life. I would hire them:) Also , I saw a bad review on here concerning the geek squad not being competent...all can say is, that some of these young men are starting their careers, and learning leaps and bounds every day. They are all talented and some are young. Give them a freaking break and be patient ...computer science is a very tough area of expertise. Most people that go for that bachelor degree change to business or marketing or something easier and give up; because its SO tough. I have a friend that works for a local corp, and they are using people from over seas on IT systems contract temporary work at times. one man this overseas company sent over.... it seemed like the poor young guy didnt know anything....he was practically being trained BY the corp he was sent to serve once he got here, and HE was hired by them and supposed to be helping them. they ended up half training HIM! Bottom line is that sometimes here and there, you get a new guy, that doesnt know quite as much as his colleagues...YET, just be kind and Just lighten up...whatever you need will get done, it may just take a couple minutes longer.

I didnt like the fact that Justin was very rude and ignorant to me. He had me in tears. He didnt want to work and made it very clear that the cell phone department was not his department and that the employees job it is was running late. He rolled his eyes and sucked his teeth. He laughed when he told me that I owe verizon money too. As I tried to explain that I didnt he gave me a number to call got up and walked over to another customer and asked if he can help them. He didnt give me my license back. I had to reach over the counter and got it myself. I went and asked for a manager and this guy was led up... Justin. I was very shocked that he is a manager. He should ONLY manage the bathrooms. He should not have contact with the general public. All of the workers there apologized for him and dont like him. He walked around and talked about my asking for a manager out loud so that I could hear him and for the remainder of my time there he gave me nasty looks. Somethings wrong with him. My other rep was great!!!!! He was patient and helped me through the verizon issue and I was able to get service set up. But I have to say.. I will not return to the Owings Mills Best Buy because Justin looks like he takes steroids and is very angry and seemingly couldnt control his expressions and anger and I would never want to deal with or see him again. Put him in a back room and lock it! But in all reality I feel that if Justin could be a manager there with the employees feeling the same WY I did about him... it says something about that store overall...
