Fantastic experience…Thanks to the knowledge and expertise of the employees, I knew I left the store with the best possible option for my needs. I worked with Taylor to design & purchase a new TV and surround sound set up for my basement. He made sure I had everything I needed and even helped me out with some installation tips. I would absolutely recommend, and will certainly be back! Make sure you take some time to check out all of their showrooms, I was really impressed. Wow! These guys are truly fantastic. I purchased a phono amp on Amazon. I ordered the wrong product and had it shipped to the wrong address. Chris in returns picked up the phone both times I called and got it straightened out. He was genuinely interested in getting me up and running ASAP even though I had blown it on two fronts. In this day of "Customer no Service" These guys break the mold. They will be my go to from here on out. Thank you!

The guys here are awesome! Even though they are a high end shop they helped me out with buying a small Bluetooth speaker and they treated me as if I was there for a big expensive system. I loved the showroom and couldnt believe how amazing the equipment there was. Such beautiful stuff! Ill be going back for my next audio purchase for sure. These guys really care about you no matter how.much money you have when you walk in.

The manufacturer actually sent me the wrong product - several times. Clearly not a great situation, but the customer support at HiDef Lifestyle stayed on top of them until they got it right - all turned out okay in the end. Everyone I dealt with at this company got back to me right away and made sure I was taken care of. Wrong product initially - but great service - great place to buy from.

To the person that complained about a restocking fee. You must have liked something about them if you made a purchase in the first place. Many companies have a restocking fee as such. If you change your mind and return something, this has some cost to the store. To keep costs down, soem will implement a restocking fee.

This place is terrible, customer support is non existent. Ordered a pair of speakers from them March 30th and still have not received them, its April 17th! Beware of this shady company. Never again will I buy from them.
