Terrible customer service. After 7 yrs with AT&T, coming to this store for help, and being made to feel unwelcomed, I switched mobile company completely. A 25min wait, and an impatient staff member Kristen, with a bad attitude, would rub anyone the wrong way. If you love AT&T for their cell service, do not go to this store for help. The customer service alone, will make you dislike AT&T.

Like every AT&T store you cant just run in and purchase anything. You need to wait around so they can punch you into the stupid tablet and when they realize you just need an accessory its oh hold on while I punch all these other people in before I can help you buy that. So wait 20 mins. Just because. Why not
