Love this Jo-ann. The staff is really knowledgeable. Their selection is great. They have the cutest seasonal items in the first few rows. I love the coupons. I on my list of things to do this fall is take a class there...they have a ton of classes for all different things..sewing..kids sewing..crafts...

I placed an "special" order for 1yd of upholstery fabric. It was $40/yd on sale for $25...good deal??? - wrong. They added $7 shipping and it is being shipped to the store, not my home. They charge shipping on all special orders . Since Jo-Ann has almost a monopoly in our area, theres not much i can do.

Extremely friendly staff. Helped me find exactly the right mix of colored ribbons and fanciful patches that I needed for my last minute "gentleman wizard" outfit this weekend. Even gave me a 20% discount coupon that I could use immediately at checkout. Very impressed.
