Completely conned and lied to. Stay far away! Please read: I switched from ATT to Sprint in December 2016, and purchased a new IPhone and wireless plan. I was offered a "free" tablet, which they end up making you pay $20/month for (which you cannot cancel) - I never used it, its still brand new in the box. I called corporate Sprint to resolve the extra $20/month issue, they said I need to resolve it with the local store where you purchased the phone (and there was nothing Corporate could do). I called the store multiple times, each time an employee said they would take care of the bogus charge and they never did. They kept saying wait until the 3rd bill and everything will even out. So I did, now I am on the 4th bill and still being charged the $20/month. I explained I have the tablet, brand new in the box and I dont want it (never did) for $20/month, I will return it - and dont even need to be reimbursed. Finally, after a few weeks of speaking with general employees, the "Store Manager" looked up my account and told me they entered the wrong agreement in their system, it was their mistake I was getting charged extra. However, the store manager then informed me "Sorry, nothing I can do now since its outside the 30 day return period, try calling Corporate" (even though Corporate already told me I need to deal directly with the store). So I will just be charged an extra $20/month until the "free" tablet is paid off - then once its paid off, I would still have to pay a $10/month "data access fee" for it. You cannot get rid of this fee, even if you dont want the service! Oh if you want to cancel? Well you will be charged the full cost of the tablet, and if you dont pay it, it will be sent to collections. This part is more about Sprint as a company - Also, if you switch and get the 50% discount from ATT or Verizon - it only lasts 1 year then your bill goes up - which is scary because with the $20/month fee for the tablet my bill was basically the same as the ATT bill already. Lastly, and possibly the craziest part, if you are late on your payment, Sprint disconnects your service and redirects your texts and calls to Sprint Bill Pay until you pay the bill. Which is totally ridiculous, especially if you are in a situation where you need to get in touch with someone ASAP. FYI, I was late on my payment because I wanted them to remove the tablet charge! Overall, Sprint, and this store in particular, is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Corporate blames the store, the store blames corporate. The reason why I am leaving this review for the store is because again, they admitted to me they botched my plan from the start, and took no accountability whatsoever; and seem completely fine with overbilling me $20/month - basically saying "well too bad". Shocks the conscience that this type of behavior is acceptable by Sprint.

Had a great experience here when I stopped in to get my new iPhone7 working. I was unable to get my iPhone 6S backed up at home and was told at the Sprint store in Warminster on Street Rd. that I was better off going to the Apple Store. No thanks! I had a business trip the next day and needed to get this done and my old phone shipped back. The guy here was friendly and helpful. He greeted me at the door, listened to my needs and problems, and assured me hed try his best. The backup / restore worked flawlessly and I was out of there in 20 mins, very satisfied!!!

I have been to several Sprint stores and have not had the exceptional experience that I have had at the Warrington store with Mr naz rahman. He has showed excellent customer service and knowledge of store products, promotions , and my own personal neeeds. Sprint is extremely blessed to have him as an employee. I highly recommend him to represent sprint and i will only deal with him with him in the future. Thank you Naz.

Bought 5 phones 2 months ago, switched from T-Mobile. I worked with Daniel the store manager. He beat the price I was paying and the customer service in store is excellent. Ive been back nearly once a week and he is always patient even when hes busy. Ive been to other sprint locations and this one is unlike the others: shop here!
