I recently made a visit to the Sprint store in Millville, NJ located in the Cumberland Mall on 9/3/2015. I was treated poorly by an employee named Sam. I was on the phone early that day inquiring about changing my service from AT&T to Sprint. The customer service rep was extremely helpful. She gave me the details on the "Cut your bill in half" promotion, so I opened an account (#410600862) and told her I would go into the store drop off the old phones and choose new Sprint phones. While going over the plan with the rep I told her I needed to switch over 3 phones. I was told to bring in my bill show them I had 3 phones and they would switch the third phone over as a courtesy. I was very unhappy with the way I was treated by Sam I when I arrived at the store. He would only give me his 1st name and last initial. When I ask for his last name, he replied I dont have to give you my last name. I was at the store about 7 oclock and the store was extremely busy, so I waited. Sam was helping another woman, they were joking and laughing. He was very personable to "her". He took extra time with her, had personal convocation after she made her purchases. He even walked her out. I actually wanted his help because he was so nice to her.Unfortunately, he was not nice to me at all, during our conversation I explained the account was already created I just needed to choose phones, I also told him about the 3rd line. He never made eye contact with me, he handed me a sticky and said do it online. I expressed to him I came in to complete my purchase and all the leg work was done. He said what phones do you need, I told him the Note 4 and since they didnt carry the Galaxy S5 Active, I would like an inexpensive Android phone. He then looked at me and said we dont have inexpensive phones in this store and suggested I go to another store. I said you dont want to work today do you? He said I did work I explained the plans to you, then he asked me was that all. I said no I would like to get the phones today since everything has already been approved, he replied get them on line. That is when I ask him his name or for a business card, and he gave me Sam I. Sam was unprofessional throughout our entire encounter. I am not the type of person to write a complaint, however this was extremely bothersome to me. I work for a corporate office and I would never represent my company in the way Sam did Sprint. I no longer wish to use the account issued to me by Sprint, and I ask that you close the account. I was looking forward to moving to Sprint, however after being treated so poorly I am no longer interested. I did mention to him I would be contacting corporate and his response was, you do that.

Each and everytime I went to this store I never got the correct answers. I went to return my phone they told Me I had to send it back by mail. Called corporate that was NOT the case they should have taken the phone. When I went to pay my bill by check they refused and told me they couldnt except my payment. Called corporate again found out that was NOT the case they should have taken my payment.

Store located inside mall is has horrible customer service. Everytime i go in i end up walking out wothout finishing what i came to do. Most reps are lazy will say do it online. But if ur friends with them personally then you are good to go. Extremely horid place.

Overall service was fine, but more often than not, I knew more about Sprint policies, offers, and the phones than the employees I spoke with.
