Michaels is a wonderful craft store, with something for everyone, from the very young to older folks like me. Ive always enjoyed shopping at Michaels, and this particular one is no exception. Extensive assortment of up to date products, services and professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff who are eager to help you with your projects and answer your questions. Classes are available also for all age and skill levels.

Some of the older staff are horrible to work with. She did not help us at all with our questions and was generally not friendly at all. There was an item on sale and she refused to give us the discount price or to even bother and look. We should have received the item for free because of her stupidity. Unbelievable
