WARNING! Do not go to this Jared. The service was terrible and workers were unprofessional. So I usually change the batteries of my watches every year. I took my Gucci and Omega watches to change the batteries at this Jared couple months ago. I usually go to May Jeweler (which is right across from Jared) to get the batteries change but unfortunately the worker who changes the battery was not there. Thats why I decided to go to Jared. I walked in and asked if they can change my Gucci and Omega batteries and the girl said yes. She changed the battery in my Omega then I waited for 20 more minutes for my Gucci. The girl came out and said she couldnt put the back of my Gucci watch back on and that they have to ship it out. Then I looked my Omega and realized the watch was not working. So they decided that they were going to ship it out to get the watch check out. Jared, being so unprofessional, could not find the serial number on my Omega. The manager told us they could not send it out because they dont know how much it cost and they cant insure it. The manager said if you want us to put $100 or $200 to insure your watch then we can send it out. Are you kidding me?! Its an Omega watch, I bought it for $4000 twenty years ago. The girl who ruined my watch looked at me and responded with an attitude, "thats ridiculous, it cant be that much." When the manager confirmed her that an Omega is that much, her face was priceless. Clearly, she has never heard of Omega. Anyway, then the manager accused me of having fake watch and that my watch was already broken before I got there. Then the manager told me, we are not authorized to be handling Swiss watch.....this girl should have not be opening an Omega watch. Oh my god, Jared is unprofessional, they would not accept their responsibility of ruining my watch. So I ended up getting my Omega fixed at Tourneau in King of Prussia, costed me $500. Tourneau is a hike for me but its definitely worth it. In conclusion, I warn you. Do not step a foot into this place.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I bought a watch at this Jared location, not a cheap watch mind you, and also purchased the lifetime warranty. Long story short, after 2 months it broke. It was sent out, ZERO communication from Jared after 3 months of being out. Finally a voucher is issued for a replacement watch, which is no longer available, causing me to spend MORE money to get a replacement watch (within the same line). I expressed my anger with them and they could only say that I was LUCKY to be getting a replacement watch. Great customer service there. Reluctantly , I buy the pricier watch since I have a voucher I can only use at Jared and cant get a cash refund. I continue to express my displeasure with having to spend MORE money due to negligence on someone elses part. Not my fault the watch was lost! Afterwards, I even send a letter to their corporate office...yet again, no one cares. They say its my CHOICE to spend extra money (even though I stated the watch I originally bough was no longer available). What a bunch of amateurs! I own a business and would NEVER treat any of my customers this way. To top things off, today (a month or so later), my wife and I get a call from the store, yet again informing us that we have "points" redeemable for a discount at the store (which ill never step foot in again) which are expiring soon and that if we werent interested in using them, could they transfer them to ANOTHER CUSTOMER! The balls that takes! You call an upset customer and ask them if their points can be used for someone elses sale??!!?!?!?!?! What school of retails sales did these people go to? Stay away!

I would give this store zero stars if I could. This Jareds was an absolute disaster to deal with. My fiance bought my engagement ring at a Jareds in Columbus, OH. I took it to the Willow Grove store to get sized. The two gentlemen (an older, white gentleman and a 30s-ish Asian gentleman) were rude, condescending and failed at finding information about my ring. They even questioned that I was spelling my future husbands name correctly. When we took the ring to another Jareds store later, the record of the ring was easily found. These two gentlemen at the Willow Grove store were unprofessional, incompetent, and unfit to deal with the public. While I do like my ring, this experience has caused my fiance and I to purchase our wedding rings and all future jewelry somewhere other than Jareds or Kays (Kays is owned by the same company). Good riddance Jared and I hope the men I encountered find a suitable job sitting in a basement not interacting with the general public.

My fiance and I came in to look at engagement rings and Joyce was wonderful. I thought this was the greatest place. My fiance ended up buying my ring here, and again they were great during that process. HOWEVER, less than a month after he proposed, we wanted to take my ring back to get it re-sized and the engraving had to be re-done also during this process. The customer service here is just absolutely horrible!!! I havent spoken to the same person, the re-engraving was absolutely awful, and they gave us nothing but rudeness and excuses and a hard time because we wanted it re-done. I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service at this location. I have free ring-cleaning for life, so I hope other locations are better than this.

I personally love this Jared, have had no complaints and this is my preferred jeweler. Maria is the absolute best and my favorite! First, we purchased my engagement ring which Maria helped create and now were working on my Pandora bracelet. She has the patience of Job and is so creative. I cant imagine who these other customers are talking about. I have had nothing but great customer service with everyone there.
