My experience with Govberg was absolutely wonderful. Govberg was recommended to me by someone I work with who is a serious "collector" of fine watches. He had heard nothing but good things about them over the years. I am so glad he did and he should get some credit too since he found the watch for me. I saw the watch on-line and immediately called about it. I worked with Zoe who was professional and courteous and so very helpful. I had a lot of questions, requested a couple of rounds of pictures and she responded to all of my emails immediately . . . even on her day off or when on her way in to work. She could tell in my voice that I was nervous about what was a big purchase to me but she reassured me that the piece was in "prestine" condition and she was absolutely right. The purchase was so easy. It shipped when she said it would, it was packaged so carefully, everything was there as promissed, and she even sent a little personal note because she knew this was my Birthday present to myself. They even sized it for me and when I put it on, it fit like it was made just for me. I couldnt be happier and I cant believe I finally own the watch I have been drooling over for 7+ years. THANK YOU Zoe and Govberg. I will absolutely 100%, without a doubt, highly recommend Govberg.

I am located in California, however, I reached out to Govberg on a whim to locate a watch I have been interested for some time. I had the pleasure of speaking to Robyn and learned that they had the watch in stock. Through a series of emails exchanged, I felt confident enough to make my purchase. I have been a watch collector for 15 years and have worked with many ADs, however, my experience with Robyn was nothing but pleasant. Everything was clearly communicated and our phone conversations were followed-up emails detailing the information exchanged. I did not, at any time, feel pressured into making a purchase or felt misled. The excellent customer service extended beyond my purchase when I reached out to Robyn, once again, to help me order a an extra strap for my watch. She quickly contacted the manufacturer, ordered my strap (the last one in stock), and within a week, I have the strap on my watch. I will definitely be reaching out to Robyn and Govbergs in the future to satisfy my watch addiction!

So I decided to take the plunge and treat myself to a Breitling watch. After looking for weeks on line at all the gray market sellers of new watches and reading about some of the horror stories about defective watches and other issues I decided to look into a pre owned watch. I came across Govberg and saw the Breitling I have been dreaming about but thought I would never be able to afford. I sent them an email after their regular hours but heard back from them first thing the next morning. Alaina was the sales consultant and she went over all the history of the watch with me, went over pricing, gave me some discount, but I was still very skeptical about buying something like this on line. After lots of pondering I made the decision, placed the order on Friday afternoon, Alaina sent the watch out fed ex Saturday delivery, received it by noon today and its beautiful. I want to thank Alaina for all her work and I would recommend Govberg on line to anyone looking for a pre owned time piece.

Very enjoyable experience. Spoke directly to Robyn, a skilled and knowledgable member of the Govberg team who patiently answered my questions and helped me decide which watch was the best choice for my needs. The watch arrived the next day, and she was right. It was the best choice. She followed up promptly, and helped me with some minor questions, as well as offered further assistance if needed. Everyone wants a "good price", as do I, but customer service and support is a very valuable part of the buying process, and Robyn provided exceptional help in that area as well. I usually have "Buyers Remorse" for large ticket purchases, but in this case, the ease of the transaction, support and taking the time to make sure I got the right watch up front completely removed any thought of Buyers Remorse. My sincere thanks.

I recently purchased a used COSC certified watch online from them. I was very surprised when it arrived. The watch was in mint condition. Probably only worn a handful of times. Customer service was excellent throughout the transaction and delivery. During the first week of wearing the watch though, it was losing 11 seconds per day. Very disappointed to say the least. I live on the west coast and was going to be in Philadelphia for a few days so i called to ask if i could come by and have someone maybe take a look at it. I was told i would need to leave it for a week. No one could even just look at it. Disappointed again. I have since had it regulated. It took less than 5 minutes. I wear it 24/7 and it now loses about 1 second per week. Very happy now.

There was this watch that Ive been wanting to have for years and finally I decided to purchase one recently. After contacting multiple watch dealers, jewelers, and wholesalers, I decided to go with Govberg. I had the pleasure in working with Alaina on this transaction and what a smooth transaction it was. Alaina was attentive and very warm. She went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and that I received ALL the info on the time piece that I wanted prior to the purchase. Robyn Govberg was great to work with. I never thought I would buy something that had a "storefront" on the internet but now I dont think I would do it any other way when it comes to finding a watch at Govberg. Robyn stayed after hours the first night to talk to me on the phone and made everything so smooth. I never felt rushed and everything moved at the pace I set. The communication was excellent. I was really impressed with the one-on-one that you dont always get at an AD depending on how busy it is or how many sales people they have. Also, the price was the best I had found in looking for months. Call and ask for Robyn, she and Govberg are absolutely top notch.

i was in the market for a Panerai. Did some research on forums and George from Govberg is highly recommended. Called George up and he was very helpful in answering my questions (and very knowledgeable) and very straightforward with the pricing which is very competitive. He overnight the watch to me for free. Couldve gotten my PAM cheaper from grey market but decided not worth the risk. Govberg is an authorized dealer for Panerai and many other fine timepiece brands. Will definitely buy from Govberg and George for my next watch. Thanks George for an easy transaction and looking forward to my next watch purchase with you and Govverg
