I get all my custom work done and appreciate their teams flexibility in delivering my work on-time and in a professional manner. I cant count how many times I have called in a favor, but I do know that I have never received a "no." Looking forward to doing more business!

I took my expensive watch in for expensive repairs in July and by November it still had not been fixed. I received poor follow up and promises were made that were not kept even though I made two more visits to check on it and called several times. I have nothing good to say about this store. It is not like it used to be in its former location.
