Imagine my shock when I woke up this morning to see on my online bank statement that someone made a $489.00 pre authorized purchase at your store this morning. So it had to be online purchase. But luckily for me either they had a conscious or my fraud alert protection had kick in. All online orders that businesses do, needs to have checks and balances in place to protect the card holders who use such services. A simple phone call to the card holding company to alert the card holder if they are making a purchase to so and so would prevent such incidents as to what almost happened to me not happen in the future.
