I am absolutely over-the-moon with the final result of my engagement ring!! My fiancé and I had been looking at antique rings which were between 100-200 years old. After much research, we were concerned with the integrity and durability of antique rings, knowing that many antique rings have been altered, adjusted or fixed over the years. So we decided to find a jeweler and design a ring ourselves. Living close to Philadelphia, it was natural to pop down to “Jewelers Row.” We researched and met with several jewelers on the street. We had trepidation after having met with the first few jewelers, until we walked into Campbell & Company and met Rich, Ed and Cody. We immediately felt at-ease. Never once did we feel like we were being taken advantage of by any means. We trust Rich and Ed. In fact, as soon as we got to know Rich and Ed (father & son), we wished they were part of our own family. They are both fantastic – super personable, like you are talking to a neighbor you’ve known for decades. They made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process and are clearly experts. We were looking for something extremely particular – we wanted something new in order to look like the antiques we had originally been searching for. I wanted Old European Cut diamonds…. Not just one, but nine of them. Being an atypical request, this took some time to source the diamonds. Rich remained patient with me as we looked at every diamond, asked one-million questions, and revised the sketches and wax model a couple of times. They never pressured us to hurry up and make a decision. Both Rich and Ed catered to our every want throughout the entire process. We are so incredibly thrilled with the results that we can’t wait to go back in a few weeks and have them design wedding bands for us as well. Both their service and craftsmanship are phenomenal – we will never go to another jeweler again. xoxo’s to Rich, Ed & Cody, Sica & Tom

Ed and Rich! I cant say enough about how great this place was for me. so when I decided to go out looking for an engagement ring I did what most people do, I did some internet research on Blue Nile and Ritani to get some pricing info. I then checked out a couple of the local places in jewelers row area. I went to the "I Hate" place and while the customer service was great I didnt feel the price for the quality of diamond was good. For my budget, I felt that the diamonds they were showing me were not up to par. So I did some deeper research and came across Campbell & Co. I read the reviews they had and I liked that there were not many of them, but also noticed that they had no negative reviews. None! We know people are definitely more likely to leave a bad one than a good one. So I went in with some basic ideas of what I wanted and was in for a shock. The shopping experience was great. They were laidback and did not seem pushy at all. I went on to design my perfect ring with them over the next couple of weeks. Never underestimate the chance to design your ring, they will take their time with you and craft the perfect ring. My fiance ended up LOVING the ring I designed and we also ended up getting our wedding bands from them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for engagement/wedding rings. By the way, dont forget to say hi to their 4 legged buddy that roams around.

I cant emphasize enough how great Rich and Ed were to work with! When doing a simple Google search of Jewelers in Philadelphia, I found Campbell & Companys website. I was taken back by their designs, and the overall positive feel I got from the site. When I stopped in to discuss engagement rings with Ed, he made me feel at home. Hes hilarious, hes down-to-earth and he honestly remembers everybody. I purchased my fiancees engagement ring, and proposed 1 1/2 months later. She is still receiving comments about her ring (weve been engaged for a year). All of these positive comments arent simply from family and friends. She has honestly been stopped in public by random people stating that her ring is beautiful. Even though the ring is awesome, I cant emphasize enough the overall experience. There was NO pressure. Just great guys with a cool dog. My fiancee and I recently purchased our wedding rings there too. We had a long talk with both Rich and Ed. We talked as if we had been friends for years. This is my first review for any business online, but I wanted to make a point of writing them a review. Im all about customer service and a smiling face - you get both here. Thanks to Rich and Ed!

I had been saving for an engagement ring for around two years before I walked in to Campbell and Company. I knew exactly the type of ring I wanted, had set a spending limit and did as much research as possible on the 4 Cs to be sure I was getting the best deal for my money. I spent hours poring over reviews on various sites online before setting foot in a store. I eventually settled on Campbell and Company because they were the ONLY shop on all of Jewelers Row that didnt have a single bad review. I figured this had to be a good sign. When I did finally walk in I knew I was in to the right place. Rich helped me sort out all of the details painlessly over a lunch break and in less than a week he called to let me know my custom ring was done. When I saw the finished product I was flat out astonished. And when I finally proposed my fiance was left speechless. Well definitely be returning here for our wedding bands and any other jewelry purchase to be made in the future. You could try shopping around, but youll be wasting your time. Go with Campbell and Company, they wont do you wrong.

Philly brides: If youre looking for a jeweler, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I visited literally every single jeweler in Philadelphia as well as King of Prussia and Cherry Hill. I encountered jewelers were outright deceptive, preyed upon my lack of knowledge, and who wouldnt sell me a mount unless I also bought one of their overpriced stones. Above all, over and over again, I encountered pushy pressure-filled sales tactics. The Campbells were such a breath of fresh air. They never made me feel uncomfortable, never pressured me into making a purchase then and there. They always kept me updated about my order status. Most of all, since my ring was an unusual custom order (I had a wax mold made based on a self-design), I had zero idea about prices, and my ignorance was obvious. The Campbells could have charged anything, and I would have paid it, not knowing better. Instead, they charged a completely fair price calculated on the market price for the metal. The Campbells are *trustworthy, responsible, and honest*. You--and your fingers--are in good hands with them!

Let me start off by saying Im not a person who writes reviews at all, but Campbell Jewelers changed my mind. I visited Rich and Ed on the recommendation of 2 of my friends after they bought their engagement rings. After visiting a few other stores looking for an engagement ring, these guys were a breath of fresh air. Rich was an absolute pleasure to deal with and Ive never felt more comfortable on such a large purchase. Ive stressed more over picking out an iPhone case. No pressure sales with prices better than buying online. They were extremely helpful with getting me the absolute best diamond while working in my budget. I had a very specific design that I needed for the engagement band and they absolutely nailed the exact design I had in mind. They used CAD to help design the band, but more importantly they have the expertise to make my dream become a reality. My only regret is that I didnt go there first. Do yourself a favor and dont go anywhere else besides Campbell Jewelers! Thanks guys. You did a great job with my fiancees ring!
