I visited My Jewel Shop and it was a delightful experience. I was greeted by Linda, the owner and two adorable little dogs. It’s a very inviting atmosphere. Linda is a very warm person and genuinely wants to assist you for whatever your needs are. She will educate you about buying jewelry if you are looking for something in particular. I noticed when there were other customers in the store, that everyone is very friendly, almost like family. Their regular clientele will come in and sit and chat while they are shopping as service is personalized and attention is given to every detail. Customers send their friends and family when they have a need for a full service jeweler. They have second and third generation customers. I came in for a repair and found out that Rob, the owner is the jewelry maker and all work is done on the premises. They can also create custom pieces for you if you have something in mind that you can’t find or if you have old jewelry that you want to remodel. I looked around the store and they have a large variety of different kinds of jewelry. Something for every price range. Everything from bridal jewelry and wedding bands to beautiful concept jewelry and also artisan pieces that are one of a kind. They have many unique fine jewelry pieces with stones as well as gold and silver necklaces, earrings, bracelets and pins. The diamond necklaces really caught my eye and they have a nice selection. There motto is, "My Jewel Shop, make it yours." I will be back to see Rob and Linda again. I am happy to support this local business.

If I could give more than more 5 stars, I would. When the clasp on my favorite bracelet broke, I wasn’t sure where to go for a repair. I’m so happy I found My Jewel Shop. It was highly recommended on Yelp and Google, and close to my house. Rob (the owner) was super friendly, and didn’t make me feel pressured. We reviewed options, he gave me a price, and I accepted. I could instantly tell that I was getting a fair price for quality work. While there, I chatted with Linda (his wife) and mentioned that I had lost the stone from my engagement ring. She talked me through replacing the stone without pressuring me to “buy today”. A few months later I returned with my husband, and I am now the proud owner of a shiny diamond ring again!! While there, my husband mentioned that his wedding band was tight. Rob took it back, stretched it a bit (maybe a ¼ size) and just like that, his ring is better. No charge. What a great place. We will definitely return for future jewelry purchases. Thanks!

What an absolute "gem"! (couldnt help myself). Heard about this place through a neighborhood facebook place for jewelry repair. I had four pieces, all inexpensive but sentimental, that needed fixing. They were only able to fix 2/4, but one of the others was leather (not even technically jewelry, its a Brighton key fob) and the other required a very specialized part. In both cases theyve recommended I contact the manufacturer and both should be able to replace or repair them. They were also able to describe the location of the three closest places that sell and would be qualified to repair leather Brighton pieces. And the two pieces they could repair? They charged me $1, and gave me a little bag of complimentary earring backs which I desperately need. Absolutely wonderful people, knowledgeable about local resources, and dedicated to the craft. Will be back!

I stopped in to My Jewel Shop this morning because one of the prongs on my engagement ring was coming loose. I had my toddler and baby in tow, and was kind of dreading this errand. I was pleasantly surprised that the owners had little toys for my daughter to play with, and they even gave her her own plastic necklace for waiting patiently. They cleaned my rings until they sparkled, and fixed the prong right then and there. I was in and out with no toddler meltdowns, AND they didnt charge me a thing! Very happy with my experience there, I will for sure go back.

I feel very lucky to have found, The Jewel Shop, nestled in quaint Jenkintown. The owners Linda and Rob are personable, warm, trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable. They make you feel like family. I recently needed a choker repair. I was heartbroken because I get very attached to my jewelry. Somehow I knew that Rob would come up with a creative way to repair my choker. As expected ,within 5 minutes , Rob had a solution while I waited. I like the choker even more after it was fixed. I always feel exhilarated when I leave this "gem" of a store!

The owners and their staff are amazing. I came in for minor repairs and was blown away by their kindness, care, and attention. And the work they did was top-notch. My watch and ring came out perfectly. They even offered to do a cleaning of another ring I had on (at no cost) and it absolutely sparkled. The displays are full of gorgeous, unique pieces, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. A great local treasure.

I brought in what I thought was a simple jewelry repair, which turned out to be more difficult. But Dr. Rob can fix anything. I could not believe their warm family atmosphere and amazing customer service. My wife has a big birthday coming up and I will be visiting them soon for that purchase. I wont go anywhere else now.
