I came to Keswick Jewelers hoping to have an engagement ring made. Michael was extremely helpful, knowledgeable - and most importantly, he treated me the way a customer should be treated. At no point in my experience did I feel like he was trying to up-sell me anything. He answered all my questions with lots of detail, and paid lots of attention to my specific requests. When the ring took a little bit longer than initially expected, Michael was extremely apologetic. He made an amazing ring that my fiancee loves and I will continue to come back to him for custom jewelry at a very fair price.
