I needed a battery for my Movado watch - a simple task. I was told to leave the watch because the jeweler needed to remove the back - it was tight because it was never opened. The watch did not have a mark on it - I was extremely careful with the watch. I picked up the watch a week later. The back had scratches indicating that an AMATEUR tried to open the watch. Additionally, the circular area above the face was SCRAPED. I tried to speak with the manager with no success. They acknowledged that they had trouble opening the back and stated that I must have scraped the front - after all "it is not brand new." So, if you have fine jewelry and need repairs - go SOMEWHERE ELSE. However, if you are into the destruction of your items, visit Jem - not really a jem at all.

I went to Jem Jewelers by a friends recommendation to design an engagement ring. I had an idea of what I wanted but still needed some direction on the overall design. I was greeted by Lisa who was such a pleasure to work with and so helpful. Between Lisa and Steve(the owner) who was professional, knowledgeable and super friendly...the ring I had envisioned was designed to perfection. I told them the center stone I wanted and with their help, the ring could not have been more beautiful. It was everything I pictured for my bride-to-be. I have since referred numerous friends/family who have had exceptional treatment and will be repeat customers as well. I wont be shopping anywhere else. Thank you to Jem Jewelers for making my experience nothing short of awesome!

Lisa helped me design a custom engagement ring for my fiance with some hand picked stones and engravings on the band. She was very helpful in making sure everything turned out the way Id imagined it. Lisa also helped design my wedding ring which has a waveform of my fiance singing the first song we wrote engraved onto it. She even recommend lighter a metal for it so its easier to wear while playing my guitar. Both rings came out looking great at prices we could afford. My family has been shopping at Jem for years. The wedding rings were the first major jewellery purchase Ive made. Im happy to say that I received the same level of service on my first visit that has kept them coming back time and time again.

Jem Jewelers has really out done themselves! My father just passed and my family and I were looking for pieces of jewelry to put his ashes in. Jem Jewelers helped my mom and I find exactly what we were looking for and we both couldnt be happier with the beautiful necklace that will forever keep my father close to our hearts. Even better, my father always wore a Jesus chain and left it for my brother. They were able to put a backing behind the Jesus so it could hold his ashes in his very own piece of jewelry. Nothing is more special than that! Best customer service I have ever received at a Jewelry store! I will be going back for sure!!
