Today, April 29 Saturday 2017, I had a bad experience with an Asian lady with glasses at Starbucks! I ordered a large coffee. Then, she gave me a small, didnt give me the receipt, and she was very rude. I told her I ordered a large, but she told me she was going to charge me. That didnt make any sense. I told her how much, she said NEVERMIND! Very bad customer service!

The quality is fine, but wow, theyre slow. First thing, 10 am after the mall opened, and it took 10 minutes to get my drink. Would it break the bank to have another barista working? Definitely slower than any non-mall, standalone Starbucks store in the area.
