Lyndsey stood at the register not to help me but squat down and look to see if items were under my cart. Are you the same person ?who responded ..Whatever is in the shelves. Employees refuse to help when you have trouble finding items stocked in the store. I refuse to patronize a store who have employees who stand around giving customers a stare down refusing tohelp you find your dog food. The sale was $10off large bags of dog food. I only found smaller bags. She stood at the register while Felicia totaled customers. I refused to act of character this "woman of color "holds a respectful position in the community. I know documentation beats convo all day. Ive emailed to have the tape pulled. Lyndnsey you will never forget this face Ive contacted consumer affairs on line to do a secret investigation in 2017 you will not mistreat any race. I found so far your not a supervisor you are a dog Trainer. The investigation will continue. Respecting the customers that contribute to putting food on your table.Everyone isnt a criminal alot of us are really upstanding citizens when you find out who I am.In 2017 we all have great jobs great upstanding positions. Our purchases help with employees daycare, summer camp, and housing. We deserve to be treated anything less than the customer who checked out freely without being harassed.

Every animal aside from some fish that i got there was sickly and died within a week . the mice ,gerbals, ect have horrible genetics. And the reptiles (leopard geckos especially) have crypo which is a death sentence. I even talked to the managers about this and they said they know about it but are still selling them to customers. If u want an animal you have a better chance at the petsmart up the street.

I bought a 55 in. aquarium on 8/15. Was waited on immediately. The service was good. Went in on 8/21 to buy fish. Hit the assistance button, waited ten minutes and nobody came to help. A worker came out of the back room and was approached by someone who only wanted to talk. The employee should have excused himself to help a paying customer. I think I will take my business to Petsmart from now on.

Every Sunday I used to come in and the floors would be full of dog feces and urine. Theres never any parking because the Big Lots and Walmart shoppers always take the spots. The last straw was a week ago when I was looking to purchase a parakeet and couldnt find anyone to help after waiting 30 mins, then caught two male associates talking in the back.

How my cats got fleas...I dont know. Inside cats living on the third floor. I blame the dog downstairs! In any event, after three days of combing and picking I decided it was time for a more aggressive approach. I chose Vets Best Flea & Tick spray. It actually works and smells good! I got it at Petco for $19.99.

Our family lost our dog and the employees of Petco would not let us hang Lost Dog posters in or outside of the store.....but do you know who did? The kind people of Petsmart right down the road! Thank you Petsmart, you support our beloved pets so we will continue to support you. Sorry Petco, you can do better.

I have a long haired German Shepherd, and i get her buzzed for the summer. They saved so close to the skin that my dog looks pink. It is an uneven cut, and looks like a child did it. She looks unfinished, and I wish I had just left her long. I like Petco, but I will never use this grooming location again.
