I ordered an arrangement through 1-800-Flowers and this florist created it. I ordered the most expensive option and it looked nothing like the picture. They used small roses instead of full-size roses, added way too much green filler, and skimped on the butterflies that were supposed to be in the arrangement. 1-800-Flowers said theyd be sending a new arrangement, but that never happened.

Lovely place! They were able to whip up a really nice arrangement for me as a walk-in with no notice. They were reasonably priced, accommodating, and very friendly! I will definitely be back.

Very friendly...worked with my budget. I tried 1-800 Flowers but they could not deliver same day though I was ordering at 11 am. One call, 5 minutes, done.
