My wife was out of town for work, I thought shed be really surprised to receive flowers while she was out of town. I submitted my order at 10am for same day delivery using the Kati Mac website. I received order confirmation at 10:16. I called Kati Mac the next day to confirm that my order was delivered since I didnt hear anything from my wife. I was informed that due to a computer glitch my credit card was charged but my flowers were not made or delivered because the florest thought the order was cancelled. No phone call, no email, nothing. I guess Ill have to try this again, next time shes out of town, hopefully the next florests computers will be working. I understand computers have problems, Im just frustrated.

I ordered a rose arrangement for our anniversary. The flowers arrived and looked great for the first two days. Took a short, weekend vacation and came home to all of the roses drooping. To make it worse, the roses never opened up at all. Called Kati Mac and was told that 5 days is a long time for roses and we should be happy they lasted that long. I bought a bouquet of roses from Wegmans last month that lasted for 2 weeks and were 1/10th the cost. Kati Mac didnt want to do anything despite a "100% satisfaction guarantee" and Teleflora, who Kati Mac does flowers for, didnt do anything.

I used Kati Mac for my wedding. The flowers were beautiful and the colors were exactly what I had pictured for my wedding. The only issue was that I didnt like how my bouquet was basically the same size as my bridesmaids. I would think that if the brides bouquet costs more than twice the price of a bridesmaid bouquet, it would be noticeably bigger.

I used Kati Mac for my wedding and they were fabulous! Kate worked with me to create the perfect look for my wedding. My bouquet was perfect and the centerpieces looked amazing! I also had floral bracelets made for some of the young girls at the reception..they loved them and they looked adorable! I highly recommend Kati Mac!
