Ordered flowers pretty last minute the day before for Valentines day. They were able to come through to get the order together from the day before, which I appreciated. However, I thought the flowers were "okay" looking. Some of the flowers were drooping over the sides and many of them were not in bloom yet. I moved some of the droopy flowers from the sides towards the center when I got home and it looked less droopy, and after looking online, I found having some flowers not in bloom can be a good thing, so that the overall bouquet lasts longer. The woman at the counter seemed to take some offense when I asked if it was normal for many flowers to not be in bloom. There was an opportunity to improve my experience by assisting me with some of my concerns. She seemed dismissive because I was not impressed by the bouquet and I left dissatisfied with my purchase. Would have given a 4 if she had taken some time to discuss the arrangement and try to help me with my concerns. It was V Day, but it was not very busy at that moment.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! A dear friend ordered flowers from Village Green Flower Shop after my knee surgery last week - I was feeling pretty punk until the delivery arrived! The flowers were beautiful - a full and varied bouquet of the freshest and most fragrant flowers ever!! I will turn to Village Green Flower Shop for ALL of my flower needs!!

Ordered Roses the day before delivery and they arrived on time the following day for our Anniversary. The roses were surrounded by babys breath & the arrangement and vase were beautiful. Very happy with the delivery & presentation of this-and it is now a week later and the roses still look great!

Would highly recommend this florist to anyone! Service was fantastic, and the flowers of course were also beautiful. I used the store to make my dates corsage for my high school prom; it turned out wonderfully! My date even ended up ordering my boutonniere from this florist. A solid 5 out of 5!

A truly enjoyable experience each time I visit their shop. All the sales personnel are very nice. I predominately ask for Mary who always seems to know the perfect arrangement or bouquet Im looking for, Ive become a "regular" and recommend them very highly.
