I have a 5 star award for a stellar performance by Nick & the staff at Halladys florist. First, the back story, I live south of the Mason Dixon line and a beloved family member was celebrating a very special occasion, with no physical support from extended family and friends due to timing,, geographical distance and death? You see an important immediate family member passed away unexpectedly in 2013 from sudden cardiac death. That person shared with the instillation within the new community of West Chester, when it became clear that this would be a commuting experience, traveling frequently from West Chester, Pa. to South Western, Pa. times that would prove be treasured, used to cultivate a exclusive personal relationship between two family members. When change happened in 2013, the surviving half of that special relationship was on point to receive a milestone in academia and although the plan was always to continue, onward to other benchmarks, the emotional shock of a close family members passing away in their sleep at age 42 was personally devastating. Now, here is the real story of courage and perseverance; with the devoted loving support of surviving family and extended family members, they went on, with dignity, courage and strength, working multiple jobs, attaining personal achievements and finally reaching their ultimate goal in May of 2016 with very limited physical family representation in sight, albeit spiritually, we were all there with our family member, not excluding that special family component that passed away, I sincerely believe that? Now, enter Nick and Halladays Florist! In my original call to Halladays, I did not lay out the personal story of their journey, but did indicate that this was very special occasion and important to ME, to send them something very special, custom and beautiful that would represent my taste and style as a Interior & Floral Designer, noting that their favorite flowers are purple tulips, which coincidentally Halladays features in the "Bumsys Purple Bling" arrangement consisting of its main component, you guessed it, purple tulips! Not only they very pleased with the custom arrangement, that Nick patiently allowed me to micro-manage with additional upgrading touches, he assured me that he would personally take care of everything and the results were overwhelming satisfaction, surprise and appreciation, which pleases me and it was mentioned that additionally they also received a complimentary, congratulatory bouquet from the florist? How classy is that? Thank You,Nick & Halladay Florist for a memorable experience, I sincerely appreciate and will never forget.

My husband shopped here to buy me flowers for our Anniversary. He found the florist (male, receipt name MGR) to be rude and aggressive. Isnt shopping at the florist supposed to be a calming, stress-free experience? Atleast its supposed to be. My husband paid over $50 for a hideous bouquet and the flowers died in a day. We could have got a better looking bouquet at Whole foods or Costco. The customer service here is terrible and the place is a rip-off!

I went in the day before Valentines for two dozen roses. Was told it would be $115 a dozen. What? So the owner agreed to $150 for two dozen small roses. Came back and got a simple arrangement of 24 tiny closed pink and white buds. He assured me they were fresh and would open in a day or two. Three days later, half the flowers have flopped over, the rest are wilting and still closed. I was robbed, twice. Happy Valentines Day sweetheart.

Very happy with my purchase! I placed an online order yesterday morning for a friend who lost her mom. The order was delivered the same day (within hours) and my friend was very happy. The flowers were beautiful and very similar to the flowers I selected online. I would definitely use Halladay again!

Halladays does a great job. My wife prefers Sunflowers, and after being turned away by other local shops, Halladay always has them available for me, always does a great arrangement and is always great to work with.
