I ordered the "Teleflora Party Time" flowers for my fiances birthday. When I saw the arrangement, I couldnt believe that it was the same thing that I paid a nice chunk of change for as advertised on their website. They advertised the arrangement as 13"x13" (give or take a little, obviously). I knew it was nowhere near this size though, so I measured it and it came out to 8"x9". I could see an inch or two here and there, but thats 9" total missing from the arrangement. Not only that, the arrangement itself just looked like it was thrown together. The flowers looked nice and fresh, and I had no qualms about that. The rest of the arrangement just looked like it was made by a blindfolded pre-schooler. I called Lorgus and just wanted to let them know that I was dissatisfied with the arrangement, and from the start I received attitude from the woman that answered. She refuted my measurements, stating that she watched the arrangement being made and that it was exactly as they advertise it. Granted, it does seem ridiculous that I actually measured the arrangement, but you would have too if you knew what it was SUPPOSED to look like based on their website. Her remedy to the problem? She would "gladly" (in a cocky tone of voice) pick up the flowers and take them away for me if I dont like them. Is this woman serious? Thats their customer service policy when a customer isnt satisfied with an order? Theyll "take" the flowers from you?!? Wow. Nice customer service Lorgus. Why would I want this woman to come anywhere near my home, yet to take something from me that I paid over $50 for?? My intention was to simply let them know that I wasnt satisfied, and that they need to accurately represent their product on their website. I didnt "want" anything, and I especially didnt want them to take away the crappy flower arrangement that I already paid for. I would have given them less than one star, if this review system would allow it. Stay away from Lorgus if you want a nice flower arrangement with decent customer service. Ill stop at the nearest supermarket before ever considering giving Lorgus another penny.

I can highly recommend Lorgus Flower Shop. They did my wedding flowers and they were absolutely amazing. I had a fall wedding and every last detail was beautiful. The bouquets were exactly what I wanted (and lasted for days!), the guests all loved the centerpieces and the other floral decorations really dressed up our reception space. I had no idea what I wanted and they helped me through the process. They even gave me some great information on what to do with the flowers after the wedding to make them last. Thank you for a beautiful wedding and a wonderful experience!

Only good for prom flowers. I ordered flowers for my wedding and twenty minutes before I walked down the aisle my bouquet was brown all the flowers had died.... The response I received was that the fridge the bouquet was kept in was to cold (my sister was a florist and in charge of keeping the flowers, so no it was not to cold). I would recommend looking elsewhere for bridal/wedding flowers. The attitude of the woman at the shop was not what you would expect from a customer service retail company you would think she would want to promote her business

I ordered flowers for a party, and thank goodness, had someone pick them up the day before. The flowers looked as though the florist gathered the odds and ends from the week and stuck them into what she called arrangements. They were absolutely awful! To be fair, when I called to complain, she picked them up and delivered nice arrangements in time for the party the next day--even over a holiday weekend, but had the flowers been for the same day, the story would not have had a happy outcome.

Ive been to Lorgus many times, and have always come out with the most amazing arrangements and flowers. My wife recently went for a holiday table centerpiece and it was impressive and beautiful. I wont go anywhere else for flowers in West Chester.
