Please dont shop here. They are beyond incompetent. The employees know virtually nothing about auto parts, let alone their stores policies or procedures. During one visit a teenaged employee gave me his business card soliciting his "mobile auto repair" services, while spewing nonsense about a repair he clearly had no experience with. If you have a problem with your parts, dont expect any help from the general manager Nels. He will be entirely indifferent and make you feel like a total inconvenience. There are too many options to bother shopping here. Please learn from my mistakes and take your business elsewhere.

Finally, AutoZone in West Chester. Now I have the option to shop either in this store or across the street with their competitor with one trip. I dont understand why an area like West Chester flooded with auto shops (franchise and individual) lived with only one part store (you know who I mean: Pep boys). Advance and NAPA are far away from downtown. Anyway, I did three visits to this store so far. Everything looks organized and well stocked. Staff are very helpful, some of them looked new to the business despite their good automotive knowledge, but thats normal for a new store.

Worthless. Couldnt find a simple part for my truck. Then the manager gave me attitude when I corrected them. Bad customer service. Good thing the PEPBOYS is provding stellar service. The counter guys are very knowledgeable super helpful and always go above and beyond!!! Stop at the PEPBOYS not this place. They got me exactly what I needed the first time I asked.

I stopped in here last night to grab a replacement lamp for my work truck. The staff was extremely friendly and one gentleman even double checked the part number to ensure that it would be comparable with the Ford Special Services package. The store is also very clean.

They pulled the wrong part for my car, even though i gave them the correct year/make/model and repeated myself. This left me stranded for a day or so, as their store was closed at 6pm. They need to pay more attention.

While some customer service people are knowledgeable, others arent about products and parts that the store sells nor is everyone willing to comprehensively help you. Store is brand new and clean!
