One of the worst customer experiences I have encountered recently. I went into the store to purchase several hose clamps. Counter customers apparently do not rate immediate attention, but are left to wait. There were 3 persons in the front at the time I walked into the store. Not once did I hear someone ask "Have you been helped?" or " I need a person up front at the counter for a customer". FInally, after waiting about 5 min with these 3 people wandering back and forth (one with a headset), talking back and forth to each other and still no one asking if needed help. I had to state that If there was no one who could wait on customer, I would take my business elsewhere. Finally, the person with the head set answered. I was out of the store in less then 5 min after that. THis has to be most arrogant group of persons who work in NAPA store I have ever encountered and I have been a NAPA customer for > 10 years. Needless to say, I wont be going back to that store.
