If I could give them zero stars, I would. They create/ lie about problems. I went in to get an electrical diagnostic done to figure out why my tail brake lights were not working. They did not do the diagnostic. They replaced one of the bulbs and called it a day. So my middle brake light still does not work. Here is the kicker. The mechanic smelled antifreeze and said that my radiator was leaking really bad. He suggested that I get it replaced immediately. Previous to my visit, my engine temp was never above a quarter, now it hovers at half. I have never seen a puddle and it has never overheated. I told my mom about my experience and she said that the same mechanic told her the same thing about a year ago! I think the guy loosened a hose to try and get 600+ dollars. I do not take kindly to this. They are messing with peoples livelihoods! Do yourself a favor and go to your highly rated local mom n pop mechanic.

Wow I dont know where to start with this place. I purchased tires from them around march 2016. 2017 comes and I need to get my tires rotated so I went there to get them rotated and to make sure my tires need to be aligned. Well lets jus say the lady at the desk charged me 121 dollars for a alignment. She charged me X amount of dollars for him to "look" and see if I needed an alignment, mind you the mechanic did not even rotate my tires , when I called to let them know the lady at the desk said they dont do that because of safty issues. Obviously she knew nothing so I went down there myself to explain that I need my tires rotated and they did it the wrong wrong way. After all of that the mechanic didnt even tighten my lug nuts, they were so loose It took me next to nothing to take them off. These people are bad news and try to rip you off.

I backed myself into a corner through a failed self-do brake attempt - OUCH! Store manager, Bob Cox graciously bailed me out - never took advantage - delivered on his word and deed. The job was done for less than half of what the Subaru dealer wanted - and the work and parts were solid! Additionally, they found a ball joint that was damaged from repeated pot hole hits - when repaired it remedied a nagging/suspicious noise coming from the front right - again repair done right - parts and labor very reasonably priced. This is a sincere post and hope it helps you. Ive had lots of auto repair experiences over the years and of course trust and competence are always an issue - give Bob a try - I believe the experience will serve you well! jl

Every time I place a web order for pickup from this store, they never let me know its ready for pickup. I ordered something yesterday and it stated it would be there by 2:00 the next day. I didnt even get an email from them saying they received the order till one the next afternoon. So needless to say, when my wife went to pick it up at three, it wasnt there and I still havent heArd from them. They closed already cause they dont stay open like other stores. They close way to early. I never have any of these issues with the prices corner, or college square stores.

This service dept sucks. They told me 30 minutes to have 1 new tire installed and they took 1 hour to even pull the car in the shop. I even witnessed the service writer Do the same thing to the customer behind me in line. I wish this store had a descent customer service skill. And 2 hours after they say it's done they installed the wrong size tire. Wow so a 1 hour job turned into 3 hours. But they gave me a $15 refund to make good

Went to get a headlight bulb replaced. They told me there was a two hour wait. So I made an appointment for the next day early in the morning. Didnt notice that my headlight wasnt on till that night. Had to go back again the next morning for them to fix it. Will never go there again.

While the manager Bob was very nice, in the end the quality of work was so bad that I had multiple brake issues that did not exist before bringing it in. They refused to take responsibility for the damage that was done costing me hundreds more in unnecessary repairs.

Great Service. Got a flat tire on a Friday afternoon. When they didnt have all the parts, the owner drove somewhere to get them. Once they had everything, Tire was fixed quickly. Did not have to wait to be served
