wow thats 45 mins of my life I cant get back. I tried to call to see about a set of tires. I was transferred to tire and lube, put on hold and never gotten to 20 plus mins later I hung up tried again. the Number for the tire center is wrong on here that is a direct number to the fitting room. so I called once more was transferred to auto again. phone rang continued to ring until the original person I talked to picked up again and said they arent picking up the phone. thanks you captain obvious. oh well I guess they dont want the business. if this is how they handle the phone what do they do to costumers vehicles?

The people at tire center NEVER want to check people out at the counter -and they disappear forcing forcing customers to check out at lawn and garden. Had my oil changed there once, they stripped the oil pan bolt and then told me it was my problem!!. A second time, they even stripped the lugnuts on my car and I got stuck footing the bill to pay a shop to have them removed!!!!. All because those idiots dont know how to use an impact gun. Twice I was told by the lady behind the counter that I was better off going somewhere else because they were too busy! unbelievable!!

Guy at desk was rude. I requested to keep one of the old tires and he said i never requested it and they recycled it. Then he miraculously "found it" when i asked for the manager, Then onle 2 DAYS later my rim almost wobbled off the car going 70 and almost made me crash. all the lugnuts were hand tight, and then a few days later the same thing happened to the other rim. All in all look somewhere else.

These idiots dont even know how to change a tire. Didnt balance my tires at all to the point that a couple months later and they are already shot!! Broke off my lugs nuts and didnt even replace them. Striped the lug nuts that they left on.. the next day after getting these tires the one started falling off!! I will never ever go back.

Ive currently been waiting over 2 HOURS for a simple oil and filter change.....everyone around me has also been waiting excessively long times as well.....Ill never come here again!

They are AWFUL HERE!!!! They sell horrible tires that blow out and almost killed my family at 1 month old. NEVER SHIP HERE!!
