I have been in this store TWICE when an employee has rang out the person in front of me and walked away without saying a word. Both times I was clearly in line behind the customer they were helping, yet they still didnt even bother to tell me another cashier would have to ring me out. It was two different employees and the two times were months apart. THE STAFF IS USELESS here! Go to NAPA down the street, the employees greet you when you walk in and are all very helpful.

I was in to this store twice this week and was happy to find drastically improved customer service compared to my previous experience. I was helped promptly to receive an online order pick-up on Wednesday and today I was in looking for a washer. Jaime H. was awesome and exemplified quality management. With an antique vehicle in the garage, I am sure we will be back.

This place stinks. Been there NUMEROUS times and there is never anyone working the cash register. You can hear people in the back but nobody ever comes out to help. Just there today. Waited 3 minutes at the register. Nobody showed up to wait on me. They can hear the door buzz when you come in. Oh well off to Pep Boys!

This store is terrible. The people that work here know nothing about cars or the parts they sell. How can someone work at an auto parts store and know nothing about the items they sell. I mean this guys have no knowledge what so ever about automobiles. Autozone needs to get qualified personal to work here asap

Great store for light bulbs and standard parts. I had a bad experience with these guys when they gave me two different brand belts (supposed to be same size), then sent me to another autozone when I needed the same size ones, who gave me the wrong belts... Eventually I just went to NAPA and got my belts.

Jaimie ROCKS!! He is a one man wrecking crew. He was helping every customer and when I went in to get my AC refilled, I couldnt find the hookup. Once he was done with the other customers, he graciously helped me located and fill the AC with the canister i had bought. THANK YOU Jamie! Give that man a raise

Mike H is such an awesome employee. He knows his stuff and has only been working there for a few months! He went above and beyond to help me get the parts I needed and helped me put new wiper blades on my car without even asking him to do so! That man deserves a huge raise!
