Used to be a regular customer here most of the staff was not knowledgeable about my car. fair enough i thought i do my own work and maintenance. a few months ago i bought there top line h1 bulbs whitch cost 60$ i noticed three months after that one light was out i checked fuses and bulbs all was good nether where burnt out so i thought they sold me them they should know what the problem is. I come in and some hot head kid with a attitude told me it was because of my car(doesnt explain how they worked before ) so i let him have a go at it. He burns out both bulbs in my car and i later found out he had blew a fuse too forcing me to buy two brand new bulbs in this terrible store. I go in the store saying i have these blow bulbs and another associate tells him i could have bought the bulbs anywhere and its not there problem i have spent over 600$ at this store and would not ever consider going back. Dont waste your time and money here. Clowns

Thank You Auto Zone for all of your help today . My Dodge Dakota is being held hostage at the Inspecting dealer because of Rusty Rear Rotors. { tell me thats a fail under Pa Inspection } Any way one phone call and a brief conversation with a counter man named Dillon who was Extremely helpful in securing two new rotors for me and then placing them on hold until the end of the day so my wife can take me pick em up . My cost $66.00 a piece compared to the dealer wanting $ 299.00 + tax Wow all I can say is I now know who has my back .. You guys at Auto Zone Are fantastic !!! Thank You very much for all of your help. If I had the extra money I may have said go ahead but thats not always the way things go. My advice to anyone reading this is See AUTO-ZONE . They where very kind on the phone and extremely helpful. and went above and beyond to help me out They have my business.. ted

Wow, how they have slipped down in terms of customer service. Dont blame the company as a whole a as much as this location hiring people who see every interaction as some type of competition.
