I used to love advance auto. They were my go to place for years, especially this store but recently, all downhill. Last experience, my online order wasnt fulfilled after a day (web said 30 min.), Called to check status and told they were waiting in me. Went in, sure enough they cant find the item but worst, instead if resolving my issue, Lamar cottman, an associate started with another customer, when confronted, he raised his voice telling me to wait repeatedly. Not pleasant experience. I went to pep boys (havent been in ages) and actually found my items for 70% of the price!!! Crazy. I guess its a blessing in disguise.
