Terrible. Drove 260 miles to this Napa store where they also sell truck beds. I spoke to John on the phone about my options for a 6 3/4 ft short bed for my 2012 f250.I gave them the color code off my truck, he said it matched the maroon one they had that somebody ordered but never came for. He was nice to work with but he told me that if I came there and didnt like the maroon one they would sell me a new take off bed that was white. When I got there I looked at the maroon one and it was the wrong color, had a dent and rust on it for $3000. I elected to buy the new take off and I would get it painted. John went inside and talked to his boss, the boss said no. I tried to deal with the man but he just kept complaining about how somebody screwed him on that maroon bed and how much money he had tied up into it. I couldnt understand why he was trying to make this my problem along with his nasty attitude about the situation. So lets do the math 3000 for bed with wrong color, rust, and dent. If I would have purchased it would have cost me at least 4g for the bed, paint, body work and fuel/time to transport. The new take off was 2200 no damage and just needed to be painted 800 and transport 200 equalling approx 3200. I bought a new one from the dealer for 2500 complete with all the jewelry and 800 to paint equalling 3300. The moral of this story is that these people were rotten to deal with, they used a bait and switch method for their own benefit and not for the customers needs. I would not recommend dealing with these people especially if you have to drive far for a truck bed.

Just drove up here with my husband for his work...they needed a pick up bed for a company vehicle. The stock and prices on the website, of course, when we got there in person, were "old". They wanted $1000 more than what was advertised. My husbands boss said hed gladly give the extra $1000 to someone who isnt in the business of ripping people off, and we left without buying anything. So, 4 hours of a holiday weekend Saturday to find out theyre bait and switch crooks.

They dont stick to their advertised hours, they randomly close early and open late. Call ahead if you dont want to waste a trip. Owner was sarcastic and insulting when questioned about hours. Its still a NAPA which is always worth 2 stars, but worst NAPA Ive dealt with.
