Customer service was terrible, I am a frequent advance shopper since I drive 20,000 miles a year for work. The employee Tiff refused to honor the manufacturer warranty on silverstar headlights. She them said she would call her boss to show me I was wrong and walked outside to smoke while she called. It was truly frustrating when I called their hot line and was told the store was wrong and could have swapped them out.
