I am not one to care enough to write reviews but I have had Horrible experiences at this location. On multiple occasions I have ordered parts only to be given the wrong parts, told that they have arrived only to find out they havent or have been promised they would arrive by a specific date and time and they did not. If you need to have anything ordered go to NAPA or another parts vendor. The associates are not helpful or organized in any way.

Every time I go to this store, they give me the wrong part. And Im getting tired of it. I tell them what I need. They give me the wrong part. Went in the other day, one of the guys was extremely rude. And he tried to get me to buy something I didnt even need. Also, I bought something tosay, and the bleeder was cross threaded.

Two young men who worked there were too busy talking to each other to help me, even when I asked. They simply pointed me to the end of an aisle. They were not waiting on anyone. I finally found what I needed and had to wait for an older gentleman to come from the back to check me out. They dont deserve their jobs.

I work at a local auto repair garage and we performed some maintenance and repairs on their vehicles to the tune of $400 and never got paid, Im writing this review in the hopes that someone in their corporate office sees it, perhaps then paying a poor shop owner will become more of a priority

The battery I needed was discontinued but the employees found a battery that I could use instead. The car dealership refused to help but the great people at autozone took care of it for just the price of the battery. Great service!

I always go to this store. They have everything Im looking for, clean store, and a very nice staff. I recommend this store to everyone I know. I used to be an Advance Auto Parts customer, but I like the quality parts Auto Zone has.
