I always like to see the new cool stuff that Five Below has to offer but today when me and my kids was shopping for things for the beach the customer service I receive was unbelievable. Me and my children was follow around the store like we was going to steal something the the girl that was working stops my kids and starts yelling at them to get out the store instead of addressing me. She was rude and nasty for no reason at all to us which makes me question if it was because of our race? Never again will I shop here and will make sure I spread the word..

I called to see if they had fidget spinners and they said no( completely understandable) then I asked if they would put 4 or so on reserve for me. They said its "too hot of an item". They really disappointed me and I will be doing less frequent business there
