Good morning!! I originally placed an online order which was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. I located the LOL snow globe at the Viewmont Mall store in Scranton, PA. The customer service reps from this store are absolutely wonderful as I had the pleasure of working with both Debbie and a gentleman(I believe his name was Jesse)!! They made sure I got the 20%off and are shipping the globe to me as originally ordered. Please make sure to give them the recognition they deserve. Honestly, this has been the best, most positive experience I have ever had with Things Remembered, all via phone with the Scranton, PA store as they are over 500 miles away. They really went above and beyond to make sure my wishes were fulfilled. I am beyond satisfied!!

Completely disappointed. If I could rate a zero I would. Spent 60$ on an engraved picture frame today for a birthday present for my father for his birthday that has a crack in it and they gladly gave it to me most likely hoping I didnt notice. Tried going back for them to fix it or refund but they claimed it probably happened after it left their store. BULLCRAP! Will NEVER go back, ever.

I really like browsing what they have here as its a great spot for a cute gift for a loved one. They can order stuff but I havent found the need as they have a decent selection of things.
