Very negative. Would not allow exchange bc did not have gift receipt. Item was bday gift. Obviously Im not to blame for not having receipt since it was a gift. It was suggested by employee that I regift item for the holidays. I prob would have spent more than actual item in an exchange. I will not be returning although I have given this small business significant business in the past. Inventory appears to be stagnant. Very little to no foot traffic. Very unaccommodating employees. Business is located in a depressed area, which would make one think that they would want to ensure repeat customers.

My husband bought me a pocketbook and was told he could return it if I did not like it. What was not communicated to him verbally was the return is for in store credit only. The sales person was extremely negative and told me the policy is on the receipt. Make sure you love what you buy at this store or have something else in mind. I personally will never shop here again.

I love home decor and gift shops and frequent many in the Delaware area. I found the people to be "stuffy" and not helpful. I asked about an item that was returned and I knew it was a 40% item at other stores. The lady told me it was full price and then walked over to another customer and let her have it 40% off. I was offended and will not go back.
