BAD!!! At 4:15pm the owner or store clerk is outside smoking, open sign is up. And he tells me he is closing... At 4:15pm?!?!? I was wearing broken boots and just wanted to quickly purchase a pair of Carolina composite toe boots. He wouldnt finish his cigarette to take care of a customer. I do NOT recommend this store. The Internet has better customer service!

Dont expect flash. They are very old school, but I like that. My adult son needed work boots with a steel toe. I knew from a friend that this place specializes in work boots so I took my son there. The smell of leather hits you at the door. The array of work boots is dizzying. Real work boots for real men whom dont need a pampered buying experience.

Called to ask if they carried size 15 boots. Was told " If I don`t I`ll order it", then they hung up. Fair Enough. Drove all the way there, paid the meter , and was greeted by a locked door , a lit OPEN sign, and a note that said " BE BACK IN 20 Min".. No thanks...
