I mostly want to give a shout out to the friendly young woman at the register today. I wish that I could remember her name, but I cant. I do know that her associate number is 251590, and she was at the register at 2:41 p.m. on Sunday, 4/23/17. In a world where it seems that friendliness and customer service no longer exist, it was a thrill to encounter this employee. There was a line, and she was the only one working the register, but she made each customer feel as though they were the most important customer of the day. I really want this store manager to know what a great asset they have in this young woman (her name may have been Emily or Amanda). I also want to note that we were there to pick up a pair of shoes that were being held for a friend. I asked someone on the floor where we would pick them up. She told me, "at the register", but she didnt ask if he needed to try them on, or offer to get them for us, if that was the case. We waited in line for 10 minutes, only to receive an apology from the person at the register, who said that we shouldnt have had to wait in line, just to try them on. Perfect example of the difference between someone who just shows up for work, and someone who is the best employee that she can be.

I went in the store yesterday with my special needs daughter trying to find her a slip on sneaker. I didnt catch his name but, the gentleman there tried so hard to help us find what we need. He even showed us stuff on the tablet and even tried to get my daughter to just tap the picture she liked. He really is a good asset to your store. Thank you so much for your patience with us and even for trying to include my daughter in helping her find a sneaker she would like.
