They actually take your childs info and put out on a card so if he or she has a medical need etc it will be on file. As well as size. They also notify you by mail that it may be time to come in for a fitting. My boys feel special when they go there because the associate focuses on them making sure we get the correct fit and type of shoe for the season. My youngest son was so proud when she said he graduated to the big boy wall where size 13&up go. Its nice to have a quality shoe store that my kids can get their shoes at while they are growing up.

I got the keys hi give 0 Stars if I could I went in there a few weeks ago the manager help me out my daughter has two different size shoes so she gave me a 13 and one I went back today and the owner was in there and he wasnt and he didnt do it so he lost about $200 for the business because he had a serious attitude!

They are so nice here and the selection of shoes they have are adorable!! The only reason I have it 4 stars (would have given them 4 1/2 if I could) is because the prices are really high. You get what you pay for though, and the shoes are of very high quality.
