Dream Land Specialties
Those who wrote before me about Steve are so right. My husband and I were there yesturday in the parking lot. waiting for a cart to be brought out for my disabled husband. I am disabled also and could not get out of the van. After the first cart did not work for my husband a boy took that one back into the store and we sat for many minutes and he did not come back with the other cart. Steve saw us and asked it he could help. got another cart for my husband but my husband was not heavy enough for the cart and they would not move when he sat on them. Steve offered to do our shopping for us... how sweet... My husband decided to use my power chair and Steve when through the store with him to help him and came out to put the groceries in the van and put the power chair back in the van for us. Far and above... his concern, compassion and customer service needs to be recognised in some special way... from our heart Thank You Steve...

I was holding my 3 month old baby, opened a freezer door and boxes fell. A girl named Jess came running over to help me pick them up. Then, I went for but 1 get 1 hotdogs. There was only 1 pack left so Jess found more in a box she was unloading. She later tracked me down on the other side of the store at the deli to tell me the advertising sticker for the buy 1 get 1 hotdog was expired. She had already spoke with the front desk about the situation and assured me I would still get the discount. She went out of her way several times that day to help me. In addition, 2 other employees from the deli were very friendly and helpful too. The store has that "small town" feeling.

Our driver missed my delivery window. I was then told 12pm for delivery. I wait. I was then told 1:30pm for delivery. I waited. By the time it was actually delivered in late afternoon I wasnt there because I could no longer wait. When I called the following day I was told that they couldnt deliver my order for 2 more days! I told him that was extremely disappointing since I had wasted my entire day waiting for my original order and that they should get the order to me as soon as possible. He made no attempt to fix the situation, so I cancelled my order and will no longer be using the service. Terrible customer service!

Consistently out of stock on a wide variety of things. They will sometimes try to cover this by placing something in the empty spots, however it doesnt match the shelf sticker. For example- 12 boxes of regular Cheerios, where HoneyNut, frosted, apple cinnamon should be. The pharmacy has been out of stock of my much needed allergy medicine for literally over 4 months. But I didnt realize just how bad this giant was until I visted the one on township line rd. They have more variety, well stocked, they keep more cashiers on. The store itself is much much nicer looking too. To sum it up, this Giant sucks.

I dont often go to this store but its on my way home from work. I stopped to buy some fish and produce and only bought some produce. The fish counter smelled strongly of ammonia and I know that is the sign of bad shrimp. The fish looked dull and old so I just kept walking.

Compared to the other Giant on Township Line Rd (Limerick) this location is lacking to say the least. We only use this location when we need something quick. Spend the extra 5 mins driving to the other location (Limerick) or goto Wegmans in Collegeville.

Why the deli close at 10 if the shop is open 24 hours and why there is no sign that says the deli closes at 10 outside instead of park and then walking all the way to the back of the store to find the guys wrapping it up at 10 oclock I cant understand this

Giant is getting better and better. The employees are the friendliest of any grocery store in the area. You are always greeted and they are always willing to help in any way they can. The organic food selection is growing which is good to see.
