The staff is friendly, the produce is usually very good. There are times its not always looking the best, but the store is at the mercy of the distributor. I do feel it is poorly managed. The new adds go out in the paper Sunday morning. I would expect the store to be ready for business on Sunday morning but rarely this is the case. Most Sunday mornings the shelves are still being stocked and the sales tags are not displayed under the products. I stopped shopping on Sundays for this reason. So you would think that by Monday morning things are labled properly and shelves are stocked and after dropping the kids off at school the store would be ready for business by 9 am. Not the case. 9 a.m. on a Monday you will not find a fresh selection of meats in the coolers, the fish department is not set up with fish yet, the dairy section is sparse and the vegetables are no where in sight..so I thought maybe Im shopping too early? So I change my time to 10 am....no change in what I see there except notw the fish department has some fish displayed. But the meat department is still sparse and the produce people are stocking and you cant get around them to get what you need. So do I change my shopping time again? No! The store should be ready! I once placed an order for some baguettes. I was looking for the artisan baked baguettes with the flour on the outside. I ordered them a few days before because I needed them for a party I was throwing and I liked the softer texture of these baguettes. It was necessary for the recipe I was making. I went to pick them up on the day I requested them and all 10 baguettes were a different kind of baguette a hard sour dough type bread. I explained it was not what I ordered. The baker said to me "its all the same bread, this just doesnt have the flour on the outside...I forgot to put it on." I said it wasnt what I ordered. This is clearly a sour dough and its not what I asked for. I left the bread there. He just flat out lied and made me feel like I was wrong?! A few days prior when I ordered the bread I pointed to the appropriate kind I wanted. The order was written correctly but the day I picked it up the baker didnt know what he was baking. I had to scramble up to Wegmans where they had plenty of bread and what I was looking for. Not a great store. Its ok. Ill go here for odds and ends but I cant trust they will have what I need when I want it. Nothing particularly special sticks out about this store. Its very mediocre.

Price Chopper is a great place to get groceries for good prices. They often have BOGO and other great sales. The cashiers are friendly. In fact, one in particular was so nice that we ended up becoming friends! I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent and varied produce department and deli. THE place to go for produce hard to find elsewhere, and kept fresh and crisp. The prices vary from good to a bit more expensive than other places. The meats, tend to be a little high.

This is my main supermarket. The paperwork in there a very helpful always asking if I need stuff even if I need help to take my stuff out to the car I would give it 5 stars but theres still too many unpriced items on the shelves
