Great deals on many items. Often have organc, gluten free, or ethnic foods at reasonable prices. Canned and nonperishables are the best. Frozen food often good. Produce and dairy can be a liitle old, so eat/freeze it as soon as you get home. Save at least 50 percent of bill- every time!
