The one and only issue I had at this amazing family owned business, was knowing I would eventually have to leave it to get back to my DYI faucet repair attempt, well atleast it was an attempt until I got so amazing simple advice from the owner or manager. So needless to say, I got it done with little or know problem. Something that is also very rare espically coming from the automotive industry getting the right part at the right time just makes any job so much more enjoy able! Millers Ace hardware and each and every Person they employee treated me with respect and kindness from the time I stepped in the store till the time I walked out feel like feeling like I was talking to old buddies. I would recommend Millers Ace Hardware to my Friends, Family and even my Grandmother. SO GO CHECK THEM OUT ON BROWNSVILLE ROAD!!!!!!

Miller Ace Hardware is Awesome! I moved back to my Penn Hills property because I like being alone after work; I also have a property in Carrick where my extended family stays, therefore I always shop at Miller ACE Hardware to get things I needed. Now I still drive all the way to 237 Brownsville Road to get my Chain Shaw and Weed Wacker fixed because the Customer Service at this Hardware store is Awesome! This Hardware store is Awesome and Everyone one of the workers in this store are very friendly and treat customers like family... Unlike any other Hardware store that I been to... They got everything you need and more... The will fix almost anything!

ACE MILLER HARDWARE STORE in MT.OLIVER in Pittsburgh, PA is the BEST! I received such FANTASTIC PERSONALIZED CUSTOMER SERVICE, RIGHT TO MY FRONT DOOR! John the store manager personally located my welcome bench and ordered it for me. Once it arrived he put together AND delivered it to my home in one day. I have never received special customer service like this ever before ....anywhere! BRAVO to JOHN an amazing store manager and his staff who all know what customer service is all about! Im a young female so going into a hardware store I expect to get a condescending attitude from anyone I talk to. Not the case here, very friendly and helpful. Someone answered my many questions efficiently and walked with me to pick out everything on my list. From what I gather, they have more of a selection of products for older homes which was what I needed. I.E. those silly 2 prong to 3 prong converters, lockseam curtain rods, etc. Would recommend and will be returning.

These folks have survived for 100+ years and are obviously doing something right. Since moving into the neighborhood, I have bugged them many times with how-to questions, even though I wasnt making huge purchases. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The person at the register always greets customers with a smile and directs you to the proper place.

You cant beat the friendly and knowledgeable employees that work and Miller Ace Hardware. They can provide almost every need. They dont just sell the regular hardware store products. They do repair, custom fabrication and extremely helpful with (extra)ordinary diy projects.
