Im not sure how to explain how much I appreciate this place. They have the items you need when the guys at the big-box stores just look at you funny. Tiny metric machine screws for my daughters tap shoes? Yep, drawers full of them. #4x1/4 inch wood screws for a robotics project? Yep, got those too. Sand-able wood filler in WHITE so I dont have to put 3 coats of paint on everything again after driving a few brads? Yep, got it. Of course, they have the usual stuff, too, plumbing, electrical, hardware, tools, and their holiday and outdoor decorations are superb. And here is another nice thing. Call them and ask if they have something. You will get a human being who makes sure he understands what you are looking for, then hell put you on hold for a not-ridiculous length of time before actually getting back to you, and if they have it, they will put it aside for you. Try THAT at a big box store. On the negative side, they are about 5% more expensive than the big-box chains. Thats about an eighth of a star in my mind because the place is closer so Im saving gas and I can get in and out very quickly. If you havent been to this store, stop by and look around. You will be back, Im sure.

had a large rental on reserve. they needed to deliver it for me. I made 3 call the to confirm what I needed to do. I said that I would be in at 9 a.m. the pay. I was 20 min. late and then the guy at the counter left. a young man didnt know how to ring up the delivery. the manager Jim came to help but told me he didnt have me down for delivery. when I couldnt tell him who I talked to his response was" sorry nothing I can do for you" after a few minutes of his rude responses to my questions I got upset. he put his finger in my face and said "I dont answer to you and if you dont like it you can get out of my store" another employee which was the one who made the reservation came to work it out with me. then Jim came back and when I said he was rude and i wasnt going to deal with him I wanted to talk to the owners he called the police on me.

I needed m4 screws to mount my tv. Came in told them what I needed and they directed me to it right away. Friendly knowledgeable employees, they even guessed I was mounting a tv.
