We are a small renovation/restoration contractor in Pittsburgh. When we called Houston Starr to let them know that a steel door that we had installed on a restaurant less than three months earlier was showing unusual damage they said they would send out a man to look at it. I was delighted when the restaurant owner called the next day to let us know that the representative from Houston Starr had been there the previous evening and a crew had just left at noon the following day who REPLACED the damaged door. Houston Starr Company, as our door supplier has provided excellent service and supply of commercial and residential steel doors and frames. We can fax an order large or small any day and are able to pick it up at 7:30 am the next day. They have a massive inventory of standard and odd sizes of doors.
