This is in accolades for "CHUCK" in plumbing - I had a plumbing issue that he, instead of trying to sell me a quick fix, really attempted and DID understand (better than I had...ahem), and found a solution - this effort he modestly accredited to a "JOE"? "BOB"? who apparently is a 20 year legend, teacher and a plumbing guru over there (you might look for him too...?) but my praise is for CHUCKs angelic and near saintly patience dealing with the repeatedly (*close to12x) interruptions during our interaction - I finally blew when someone (again?!!!) rudely and completely spoke over our conversation (that now had got both interesting and quite illuminating: - for me) and butted in without apology AND get this - NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON THANKED HIM during an incredibly uncouth, disparaging and fiercely rude prodding and probing of this employee and NOT ONE SINGLE TIME did he break form. Sainthood next! Thanks Chuck, I dont know how you can do it... (I even tried to forward a word of praise to the store manager but thats like holding on the phone until the phone goes hot in your hand - so trying this instead!)

Gratamente sorprendido por el cambio q encontré en mis últimas visitas a la Sucursal de el Oakwood Plaza....... donde gente de distintos c distintos departamentos, se acercaron a ofrecerle para ayudarme en mis necesidades....... hasta la señora que me atendió en la caja, sin haberse identificado previamente, me vio buscando en el salón y se acercó a preguntarme si podía ayudarme....... Repito ..... gratamente sorprendido. ..... me hicieron sentir q podía contar con alguien. .... lo que no era usual unos meses atras...... Felicitaciones.....

Acabo de ir a este home Depot en oa wood blv y compre varias cosas compre en especial un producto para el piso y me equivoque en el color splass agarre morado y quería rosado me acerqué ala negra que esta en la cajera para preguntar si se podía cambiar lo acababa de comprar y me ignoro totalmente y me dijo que tenía que hacer fila la manera que me hablo fue orrible y no soy racista en llamarla negra solo es que me trato muy feo que solo por ser latina orrible lugar solo por que ella trabaja allí

This is our new local Home Depot and have been here four times. I read the negative reviews and have not experienced anything like what others have said. Were working on a few home improvement projects for the backyard and have been extremely happy with the service here. Chester in the garden department is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond helping us. He checked inventory in the back lot, loaded pavers and was a pleasure to work with. Chavone (I may not be spelling her name right) at the service desk helped us with a delivery and finding additional inventory at a nearby store. She was also very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Our backyard is going to look amazing and we thank Home Depot for the help!!

More spending, more headaches, thats the aggravation of The Home Depot! So where do I begin? Incredibly lazy employees that will pass the buck and will never take ownership of a customer service issue. Called in to check stock on a vanity and finally get a person on the phone after 15 mins, I tell the associate the item # of what I need and she immediately hangs up. On another occasion I went in the store to buy some door casing for a job Im working on and I needed it cut, after 20 mins trying to get someone to help the associate hands us a hand saw and says to cut it our self. I will go out of my way and shop else ware from now on as its clear The Home Depot does not care about their customers.

There was a time this store was fantastic but not for quite awhile. Our last visit was to get two keys made. After waiting nearly twenty minutes for assistance, the girl who came to cut our keys was more interested in her cell phone than us. When we got home, one of the two keys didnt work! Now...today July 1 2017, my husband has been trying to get help once again...this time by phone. He has been put on hold by four different people. He has been on hold twice once for 22 minutes and this time for 27 minutes. You know, there are plenty of people who need work. Maybe its time to clean house. But for us, its time to visit Lowes.

Horrible. I paid and brought my car up in the long line for the wood. The two guys grabbed the wood and I asked them to hold on on second while I get my towel out of the car and they said no they were on time constraint and then they promptly slid the wood on my hood and scratched it up without a care in the world. The supervisor was outside and I told him I had a problem with them scratching my car and he told me to call 1-800-home-depot. Not a care in the world. I know there is a hurricane out there but does that mean I cant have 15 seconds to get a towel and therefore not destroying my car? They destroyed my car!!!!!

Got to the garden center at 7:45 pm and asked until what time they are open. I was told 8:00 picked up 3 plants got to the Cashier at 7:57 . The head cashier was already there ,and basically kicked me out GO TO THE FRONT. So i did . Like always few people are in line, lucky me ,now this cashier telling me she is closing. go to the other side . SO, I LEFT IT THERE ,AND SO IS THE ONE BHIND ME. Rude people bad management . But i guess a lot of people know it by now. Unfortunately they are the closest one to me, so i will go to Lowes .

The customer service my boyfriend recieved wasnt very nice, he had to walk down 3 isles before he found an employee to help him. The gentlemen was very informative but seemed annoyed by our inquiry & uninterested in helping us find an alternative to the problem. He was very short & quick to dismiss us so he could continue his own tasks. We were left to find an alternative solution on our own, which was a bummer. We found a fix & checked out smoothly at the self check out.

No respect for customers. My husband & I purchased a new gas grill and other things right at our cashier s quitting time. She just walked off. Could not get any help to load into our truck. Couldnt get anyone to get our has bottle out. It took us over an hour and Finialy did it ourselves. I have an implant in my back. They are so glad I did not hurt myself loading it. As a stockholder in this company they have not heard the last of us yet.

Horrible customer service stood at the key machine for 17 minutes while multiple associates walked right past us. Then on another occasion ordered a tool box online called to confirm it was ready and confirmed with the lady at the desk that it would be at the counter in 20 minutes I arrived 30 minutes later wasnt at the counter had yo wait another 45 minutes for them to go get it I am extremely dissatisfied with this store and its staff.

Typical Home Depot service and the reason I usually shop at Lowes. Visited location to rent two moving trucks. One truck was not running so they had to redo all of the contracts. We couldnt even leave with one truck while we sorted out the other. We have been here for over 90 mins and we still have not left with one truck. I dont necessarily feels it was the employees fault as it seems like she was following some ridiculous policy.
